Nord Emporium has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths, were appropriate and accurate colour, materials and finishing options.
As every item is hand made and some include natural stones, there will be slight variations from item to item. Colours and images may vary slightly depending on the monitor on which they are viewed on.
Payment
Nord Emporium accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa & MasterCard, via the on-line purchasing system PayPal. If you are shopping outside of the Euro area, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. Nord Emporium accepts all bank wire transfers. Check payments are available only for clients from the Republic of Ireland.
The international shipping rate does not include local customs duties outside of the EU. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties relevant to the country of shipping.
Returns
Nord Emporium endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and services and operates a simple returns policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your product within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund your money or provide a voucher *does not apply to personalised jewellery*. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings that have been worn.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on +353 899 405 016 or nord.emporium@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Privacy
Nord Emporium is committed to protecting your privacy. To this end, we do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Credit Card details are processed by PayPal
Shipping
The shipping and delivery are handled by An Post (http://www.anpost.ie/) and DHL.
Each shipment is registered and insured.
All jewellery is packed in branded boxes or pouches
Cost of delivery:
World registered/express post: 17 euros
Ireland registered post: 10 euros
World DHL Expres: 85 euros
Europe DHL Express: 48 euros
Delivery and transit times may vary at busy times of the year, such as the Yule Holidays.
Usual delivery time:
Europe: 2-4 working days
USA, Canada, Australia: 3 -10 working days
Ireland: the next day
DHL Europe 1-2 days / DHL World 3-5 days
Ownership of content
As the artist, I retain all copyrights of my work and it is not licensed without my written consent. I also retain the copyright of the images of my work as displayed on this website and any other media platform
It is forbidden to use the image of my products to promote own business without the written consent of Nord Emporium.
Trading in my products via online shops and in-store stores requires the License and written consent of Nord Emporium.
Any violations of these terms will immediately result in legal action.
