Absolutely amazing a real Viking Necklace. This Thor’s Hammer hides a secret of its origin. Probably it was found in Sweden. The original is located in private collection. Chain of the necklaces was made by beautiful technique – Viking Knit. It was a very popular pattern in the Viking Age. Viking Knit is also known as Trichinopoly Chain.
To create this necklace I used dragons heads based on the find in legendary place Vineta, called Jomsborg as well and now Wolin in Poland. Wolin (Vineta, Jomsborg) was a semi-legendary Viking stronghold at the southern coast of the Baltic Sea.

In Norse mythology, Mjölnir is the hammer of Thor, a major Norse god associated with thunder. Mjölnir is depicted in Norse mythology as one of the most fearsome and powerful weapons in existence, capable of leveling mountains. The hammer was made by the dwarven brothers Eitri and Brokkr.
Thor’s hammer, or Mjolnir, is a powerful Nordic protective amulet, a symbol of the creative powers of man. It is really powerful protection from any negative energy. Protects from curses by neutralizing them. Thor’s hammer gives confidence in your own abilities.
